The diet protocol in a nutshell

For the diet protocol, the thing to read is listed on the left on my blog in the links list.

It is called the Pounds and Inches protocol.

It is a very low calorie diet, coupled with taking a chemical the body produces when a woman is pregnant. This chemical is called hCG - Human Corianic Gonadotrophin. It is the chemical in a pregnant woman that is responsible for telling the hypothalamus to break the normal rules on fat utilization, and instead of using a last in first out approach, to just take fat proportionately from throughout all abnormal fat stores.

Dr. Simmeons, an Italian clinical physician, developed this method in the late 50's and honed it in the 60's into the late 70's when he retired.

It was an in clinic only method and he would only pass on the method to doctors who would come work with him in the clinic. At the very end of his career, he gave in to requests and wrote down the method in a manuscript.

His theories behind the what and why is that the hypothalamus, among many other tasks, tells the body where to store fat, keeps a record of where it was stored, and then tells the body how much to processes for energy requirements that come from stored fat.

The problem starts when, after months and even years of consuming too many calories, and the body having plenty of abnormal fat stores, the hypothalamus decides there is no longer a need to keep track of the fat stores, and instead place the computing power toward higher priority tasks.

So the problem becomes self perpetuating, because lets say you take a 3 story flight of stairs; at the top your hypothalamus notes a serious energy shortage and calculates how much energy to pull from fat storage based upon what you used to weigh when it stopped keeping track, so it thinks you weigh less than you do, doesn't pull in enough energy from fat storage and you get weak and the hypothalamus sees the issue, realizes there was a problem and compensates by turning on craving so you can consume the extra energy needed. So, you consume more than you need and the extra is stored and not tracked and the problem just got worse not better.

hCG in the system allows the majority of daily energy needs to be gotten from the fat stores because the body doesn't have to follow this method.

Your body does need a little energy from food intake to work, and thus the 500 calories per day balanced diet. This is for brain repair, muscle repair and a few other tasks.

Dr. Simmeons administered this diet with the hCG delivered by a shot. I don't like needles, so I developed a close approximation of a product developed to deliver the hCG under the tongue (sublingually).

There are a couple other things Dr. Simmeons noted; if one was to take the hCG at least 21 days and got down to weight, that when the body goes back to regular living, the hypothalamus will now keep track of all fat storage and the process will not return unless the body is overwhelmed with grossly excess calories over months or years.

Anyway, guys lose a pound to 2 pounds a day, so if one needed to lose 24 pounds, that is at most 24 days and at minimum, 21 days due to the last paragraph. If you lost 2 pounds per day, you'd get to your desired weight in 12 days, and then you'd do 1000 calories for the remaining 9 days, but keep taking the hCG.

I only sell a mix kit for the sublingual process. My kit costs $30 for three 40 day rounds, so $30 would do it. hCG has to be bought elsewhere. I have one I recommend because I have used them and I have been hearing good things about alldaychemist.com as well. The hCG costs vary. I usually go with others I know locally, and get a bigger shipment to bring the cost down, so you wouldn't have that price break unless you happen to know others you can go in with. For a round of hCG with shipping, I am guessing it will cost about $30. hCG takes a couple weeks to arrive, but I heard alldaychemist comes in a week.

This is not synthetic and whatever level of exercise you are doing, you can keep doing. Can't start, increase or decrease while on the hCG though because it take a week and a half to two weeks for the body to adjust the fat utilization and so it makes it too rocky while on such a low calorie diet. Start whatever level of exercise you want to do 2 weeks before starting or wait until you are done.

Dan on the diet to follow it says .5ml twice daily and on the directions for mixing it says .25ml twicw daily. Which is it that I am suppose to be taking??? I am only on day 2 and I also see you saying 3 days of loading. Has that changed as well instead of 2?

I hadn't heard that or who you can order through, but I posted the question and maybe one of the other people following know.
