Zero Calorie Food and Drinks

I got an email today which I responded to and thought I would share as many of you may benefit.

I] don't know anything, but I took a look and see that they are zero calorie, and one thing Dr. Simmeons does say is one may consume as much zero calorie food stuff as one desires while on the diet.

What I can see on the Miracle Noodle website are people using it as a base to add to. That is a great idea for us on the VLCD. Use it as a base and add your 3.5 oz. of lean meat, 4.5 oz. of approved vegetables, and add your approved fruit on the side with the grissini, and you have a nice meal.
