may 18, 2008 - day 123 (weight 199.6 - down 58.9)

Down 0.2 lbs. Ate correctly though. Pretty much just eating chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers (total veggies 4.5 oz per meal) and then a fruit and grissini. That's pretty much what I have been eating as of late.
