Up 0.8 lbs over last 2 days, but this was after my shower, so is likely a tad lower.

Up 1.2 lbs. Worked all day in the sun and didn't keep hydrated, so I am sure it is water weight. I am continuing to blog my weight and observations, since I figure you may want to refer to it when you get to this place. I know mine wasn't normal due to all the carbs and will likely have to do another 21 day hCG cycle and 21 day stabilizing phase, in order to truely be done.

No loss or gain. Drinking plenty of water, so that isn't the issue. Will keep it up and try to eliminate whatever is causing the reaction.

Down a pound. Eyes are better, but still carrying the water and I have been drinking enough to be fine on that.

Up 6.0 lbs. Something is definitely up. Took Alieve for the first time in forever, the dog has been in the house recently (and we never let the dog in) and then I am eating a lot of food that I know I had allergies to in the past. It is probably one of these. I drank plenty of water, but I am not eliminating.

Unknown weight. I woke with swollen eyes, not pink eye, but like fluid filled. I forgot to weigh. Definitely something going on.

Up 1.4 lbs. One thing I didn't do was drink enough water and again I worekd hard from 2 PM to 10 PM. I know this will come off as it is all water. My meals are more consistent now that I can have some carbs. I feel better about what I am eating than when I was cheating. Still I don't like this weight. Will continue to try to stabilize and decrease.

Down 0.6 lbs I am off the 3 week phase and have been eating more normally, but trying to be good still. I intend to try to get back to mid-180's though.

Uo 0.4 lbs. Felt bloated and fat all day. First time since January.

Gain 1.4 lbs. I am sure this is water. I worked very hard in the yard and in the sun since last Thursday and really pushed it, without a lot of water intake. I know it'll fall starting tomorrow, because it is a lot easier to keep fluid intake up at work.

Up another pound and I did the best I have done since I started this final 3 week phase. I am trying to do a steak day. It is difficult though.
