july 17, 2008 - day 184 (weight 196.6 - down 61.9)

Up 1.4 lbs. One thing I didn't do was drink enough water and again I worekd hard from 2 PM to 10 PM. I know this will come off as it is all water. My meals are more consistent now that I can have some carbs. I feel better about what I am eating than when I was cheating. Still I don't like this weight. Will continue to try to stabilize and decrease.
