you have wonderful blog and research, btw. Just wondering if there was any other measurements being taken besides weight lost. i.e. body fat percentages during your durations? Iknow HCG is supposed to retain lean muscle, but I have searched high and low and cant seem to find any individual willing to post a body fat percentage while doing hcg protocols.
many of the doctors recommend fat calipers, and skin fold measures at certain areas. I use one of those scales with the metal bases that pulse electricity through your body. we used one for our second work competition, to prevent flat-out starvation diets.

I made measurements last time around. I did not do the other.

Now I know why no one does it.
On this diet, you thin out incrementally all over. You dump abnormal fat and keep healthy fat stores your body needs.
I would imagine it would do well on your work competition.
