I noticed that you mentioned what you should not eat on the phase 3 portion, could you please mention what we can eat during phase 3. I find that the "do not eat" menu is very overwhelming.

What I would update to those is that the goal really is to figure out about how many calories and about how much food you can eat and stay the same weight, while avoiding the foods the got you there in the first place. Once you finalize and are on to the "rest of your life" portion of the plan, just realize if you eat something high in calorie, you will need to either exercise or eat less calories elsewhere, you you will need to do a steak or protein day to get back to your stabilized weight.
