Are you taking your .25ml doses or are you doing more? I read in some of your lasts post that you went up due to hunger.
I am at 0.25ml day and night. Goimg up didn't help and I attributed hunger to the principle that if you cheat, you are hungy because of it a day and a half to 2 days later. You body expects that much intake and turns on hunger iof it doesn't get it.
