february 19, 2008 - day 34 (weight 229.0)
No loss, but I worked hard, didn't drink enough water and cheated on cookies yesterday, so I will gladly take a "no loss" day.
For lunch I had 93/7 ground sirloin over cucumbers and tomatoes, an apple and grissini's (270.15 cal).
For dinner I had chicken, celery, a radish, and apple and grissini's (204.9 cal).
(Total 475.05 cal).
