april 4, 2008 - day 79 (weight 207.6-down 50.90)

Down another 1.40 lbs, even with the beef. Lunch was chicken slices, tomatoes and grissini. No fruit as the orange had black in the top inside once peeled. Dinner was chicken, salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucmber, an apple and grissini's.
