My "how to" on mixing sublingual hCG, using a self-developed approximation of the Releana formulation, with links to my helpful guides to do Dr. Simeon's "Pounds and Inches" Very Low Calorie Diet. And oh yah...I also blogged my experience.
Down 0.8 lbs.
Chicken, tomatoes, an apple and grissini's for lunch.
Chicken, cucmber, an apple and grissini's for dinner.

Hi Dan!
I am so happy to have found your blog. You look great. My husband started the Simeon Diet, much to my dismay and doubt. He started Feb 14th and is down 30 pounds. He is doing it a little diffent. He is in phase 3 now, and will start again on April 24th, he has made a believer out of me and I will be joining him. He started at 255, and is down to 224. He lost 4 pounds during phase two, and introduced carbs back yesterday. He's still loosing. He has unbelievabe will power and hasn't cheated at all. I don't believe I can be as good as he, but I am glad to see you had some slips but the diet was still sucessful. I have a question for you......Do you or any of your family or frinds doing this diet, have they had any serious side effects? My email address is jena21177@yahoo.com
No negagtive side effects at all. Serious or otherwise.
Positive side effects though, that's a different story. My older brother and little sister are type 2 diabetics. They haven't had to take any meds at all. My sister in law is type 1 and has been much better as well.
My friend has heart problems, high BP and a leaking heart and has been doing great.
Energy and stamina is unbelieveable for all of us.
If you read the pounds and inches manuscript, it discusses side effects in great detail, over 25 years of clinical use and thousands and thousands of patients.

No negatives. Only positives.
