My "how to" on mixing sublingual hCG, using a self-developed approximation of the Releana formulation, with links to my helpful guides to do Dr. Simeon's "Pounds and Inches" Very Low Calorie Diet. And oh yah...I also blogged my experience.
Dan, I have been reading your blog most of the morning [7/12]. I am just starting out on the program. So, I am saying things like "If I had started when he did, I could be where he is." I really commend you for your persistence in the program and especially your consistency in keeping the blog up to date. That took some dedication and work. Your blog is the most real and informative source I have seen anywhere. Following your day-to-day progress, and your comments on the real life issues of how you handled travel, eating out, occasions, hunger, cheating, etc., was the best. Your honesty and openness gave me more useful information than the many articles I have read. Your comments on your prior experiences with other diets was so real as well -- and right on from my experience. So, it gives me hope that it might even work for me. I can see that it wasn't easy -- but that it is different and can really work -- for real people. I want to wish you continued success in your next phase. I can see that it is not easy either. But I know you will turn that corner too, if you haven't already. I will continue to check back in to see how it's going. Because --when I get there I will want to know how you did it. Thanks. Please know -- your blog is the most real and informative source I have seen anywhere. Following your day-to-day progress, and your comments on the real life issues of how you handled travel, eating out, occasions, hunger, cheating, etc., was the best. Your honesty and openness gave me more useful information than the many articles I have read. That you worked out the details of the sublinqual mix, and shared it, was really marvelous. I can't/won't do shots, so the sublingual is the route I am going, and I was wondering if it was for real. You answered that. Your comments on your prior experiences with other diets was so real as well -- and right on from my experience. Persistence, virtue that it is, may actually pay off, and not just prolong the agony. (With a little hCG.) So, it gives me hope that it might even work for me. I can see that it wasn't easy -- but I can see that it is different and can really work -- for real people. I want to wish you continued success in your next phase. I can see that it is not easy either. Darn! But I know you will turn that corner too, if you haven't already. I will continue to check back in to see how it's going. Because --when I get there I will look to you and want to know how you did it! Thanks.
