Down another 2.6 pounds. This diet is amazing!
I will likely settle to a more normal 1 to 2 pounds per day based on last time today or tomorrow.
Had hunger, but that was due the rebound from eating a huge meal late on the last day of loading. Hunger ought to be more normal starting today.
I am doing a lot of physical labor right now (pre-diet) and that may mess with my hunger and energy, as you are to stay where you are at in working out, or your body has a week to two adjustment that makes it more difficult.
