october 28, 2009 - 240.4 lbs

Down 0.6 lbs. 10.0 pounds and 6 days since my max weight. Did drink a couple cups of coffee (caffeinated), so that could account for losing less. Also went to a larger tomatoe and a third grisini since calories-wise I have enough room with chicken as the meat, and since I think my brand of grisini is smaller than normal. If my weight loss doesn't return, I will cut back again.
