Thank you for your response on yesterdays. I have been reading thru yours and your family blogs. Wher and how are they all now. It looks like they all stopped in 2008, why? Is Nolan still in the same weight range? Have a great Thanksgiving. We are using it as a load days to start round 2 of injections. I'm down 25lbs of fat mass and went from a size 10+ to a lose 6 in in 50 days
Nolan got down to and stayed down around his goal weight. Tim and Tammy both lost a lot and have kept it off, but didn't reach their goals. Karin had to stop due to health reasons. My Mom has boomeranged and is still trying, just not very hard...my work buddies didn't do the Simeon's protocol and didn't maintain any loss with the local clinic's plan they were going to. Congrats and keep on keeping on!! Dan
The reason for using the mixing vial, is so you can use the syringe with needle to filter out glass, if you hCG came in an ampoule you had to break. Probably OK even without as a little glass can pass through your system with no harm, but my last hCG came in a different container, so I didnt need to use the mixing vial.

Hopefully my final question. Can you just skip the mixing vial and mix it in the amber dropper vial it all ends up there anyway?
