vegetarians and the simmeons protocol
My wife is considering doing the Simeons' Protocol, and she is a quasi-vegetarian, so I have been rereading to find out what she must eat.
Vegetarians must still have 100 grams of animal protein a day, so it is either curds or milk. Fortunately for my wife, she also eats fish, so she can add the fish listed below (this list is out of my list at top under "calorie count for and list of allowed items"
In countries where cottage cheese made from skimmed milk is available 100 grams may occasionally be used instead of the meat, but no other cheeses are allowed.
