november 6, 2009 - 236.2 lbs

No loss. No surprise since I didn't even need to go #1 today until 1:30 PM, other than after I got up. And I have drank a ton too, so my body is holding the water. I find when I am behaving and am properly hydrated, I need to go around 10:30 AM. Earlier is better. Funny that I know that, but I tried so hard ot be scientific last time, I kept track of all sorts of things. I am not hungry today and should be (2 days past eating more calories than normal). We'll see what tomorrow is like.

Yeah, a ton simply hold the water. It's always been like that and will doubtless always stay that way, too
