january 4, 2010 - 242.0 lbs

I have restarted taking hCG. I also allowed myself to eat freely since mid-December since I knew I was restarting and because my company is doing a contest (Biggest Loser style). The contest starts today. I started loading yesterday and taking hCG again.

So, I am back on and have had a pretty decent weight gain since I stopped around Thanksgiving (up 9.8 lbs). Although still down more than 10 pounds since restarting in October.

I have read a lot of your blog and it's inspiring! I should be receiving my hcg tomorrow and look forward to starting too. I do have a question though. If I skip 2 days a week from taking the drops, I heard that you can extend this round to 8 weeks. Is it just as affective and do you skip the drops 2 times a week in a row, or do you skip on a Monday and then Thursday type of thing. You can email me at kyla.princess@gmail.com if you don't want to answer on here. I appreciate your advice! And congrats on your weight loss!

Hi Dan,
I tried to leave a post earlier but for some reason, it doesn't look like it worked. Anyways, your blog is inspiring and I am so excited to start the hcg which should be arriving tomorrow or the day after. I actually have a question. I heard that you can skip 2 days a week from taking the drops and you can extend it from 6 weeks to 8 weeks. Is this true and still affective? Also, would you skip those 2 days together or space them out in a week, like Monday and Thursday. Your advice would be great! Thanks for all the work you put into this blog and educating others on how to do it. It is appreciated!
Kyla.

Kyla,
Sorry for the delay in responding.

You can skip two days a week to extend the batch, though there isn't a reason to other than making it last longer. Just skip the same two days each week, whether concurrently or not.

I have been off my HCG since before the holidays. Reading your blog has inspired me to return to it now. While I only gained 3 pounds back, I still have 20 to lose. I'll be reading your posts to keep me motivatd. Thank you for such a complete blog. Everythingis here, and I'm going to use it to get my sister on the program.
