You are eating too many calories. There is instructions on my site for concluding a course. Follow the "Steak Day" advice.
Ultimately, you need to drop calories one day to get your body to compensate with the extra weight you gained. A steak day does that. Other protein could likely be substituted as well.

Thanks for the infomation. How many calories are we allowed in Phase III?

You can consume as many calories per day as you want, as long as you gain no weight. That's the idea of Phase III, to figure out how many calories you NEED and eat that many. If you eat more, you must compensate with a steak day or exercise. A steak day shows weight loss immediately, exercise lags a day.

Start Phase III by doubling what you ate in Phase II.

Adjust up or down as needed. For Phase III eat balanced like you did in Phase II (1/3 protein, 1/3 veggies, 1/3 fruit, scant grains), but keep in mind that fatty meats have more calories than non-fatty meats, so be careful here. After phase III, you will want to keep a balanced diet, more like 1/4 protein, 1/4 fruit, 1/4 veggies, 1/4 grains).

In Phase III, don't eat sugars or most starches. See the articles on my list, hyper-linked at top of main page on what not to eat.

Phase III is meant to stabilize you AND help you figure out how much you can eat to apply this to the rest of your life.

IF you eat like you did before, you will go back to where you were. You must exercise portion control and self control. If you eat something like processed food or snacks, you not only have to eat them in moderation, but you will also have to pay for it by exercising or changing what you eat the next day (proportionately more protein, because it is less calories-this is the idea of the steak day).

Hi Dan,

Thank you for all of the information! ...So helpful. Couple of questions for you. Is a myth that you can take sublingual hCG without getting immune to it? In other words you can take as long as you want instead of 40 days? Also, can you skip the vodka and only ad the glycerine?

Any info would be helpful.

Thanks!

Ginger,
If you take hCG sublingually, you do not need to take a break for immunity avoidance. You will never get immune. So says me and everyone who has taken mine and have given me feedback.

Hi Dan,

I am on Phase III and cheated on Easter. Not a bad one but a cheat is a cheat. Gained 3.5 lbs. Since I am no longer on HCG but do have it in my system, will I be able to lose these lbs if I go back on the Phase III diet and do all protein, no carbs, and low calorie?

Alina,
Although it is best to keep real steady on Phase III, since your body will now adjust to more calories and how to stabilize with what you eat, it is possible to take off weight with the steak day at any time phase III or after. It really doesn't have to be just steak, but protein only and a lot of it is the idea.
