march 3, 2010 - 221.2 lbs

Down 0.4 pounds. Results of the approximate halfway point are out for my work contest. I am in 7th place. If I can stop cheating on my diet every day and actually added working out, maybe I can stage a comeback. Probably a bit “tortoise and hare” at this point, but at least I am losing weight overall. I typically do good on the first meal and do bad on the second meal of the day. Not horrible usually, but bad enough to keep from averaging between 1 and 2 pounds loss a day as per usual. Also bad for you following me, because you don't get to see what is possible on this diet. Only my half-hearted attempt.
