Hi dan, sorry was having trouble trying to post. Sorry to hear of your troubles. I am back, lost 16 lb first time around and kept it off for quite a while but it has been creeping back. Last time I think I was taking too much. I want to make sure I do it right this time. 125 ml one in the morning and one at night? Also do you reccomend the 7 days on or the 6 days on one day off. You can do 5 or 6 days on and 1 or 2 days off if you want, but for me, since there is no immunity with sublingual, I just took hCG every single day. It helped me remember.
Hi Dan thanks, I know I sound like a dummy this is the lml syringe so I fill it between the .2 and .3. I ran out last time before the 40 days so I just want to make sure. Hang in there Dan, if you are strong things will get better. thanks again

20ml divided by 0.25ml is 80 doses. 2 doses a day should be 40 days.
You may be filling it a little too much, but I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Cost of hCG plus supplies is about $2 a day, if you recover it all in round one. Round two is less than a $1 a day.
And you are likely saving lots of money in the food spending department.
Save the money for new clothes though!!!!!
