Hope everything is cool Dan. I'm on my first VLCD day after my two days of loading and gained 3lbs. Best 3lbs I've ever gained! I'm planning on going straight through on my Diet with no off day. Hopefully immunity won't be an issue. Good luck with everything Dan!

Things are okay. Ran out of hCG and finally started again last night. Held my weight though. And no. Don't ever get immunity with sublingual.
