january 26, 2008 - day 10 (weight 246.0)

Not exactly sure how this works, but down to 246.0 lbs overnight, which is 1.5 lbs. For breakfast I had 10 medium strawberries. For lunch I had Top Round Steak again (yum). And then later as a snack I had all 4 grissini. Then later I had a cucumber and 10 more strawberries. For dinner I am having chicken and cabbage. I cheated late and had a small muffin and two cookies. Don't know the calories. I forgot my night time hCG mix and one for tomorrow morning. Think I'll just skip tonights and take one as soon as I get home tomorrow and then one late.
