february 10, 2008 - day 25 (weight 236.0)

Went the wrong direction yesterday and gained a pound and a half. I only ate 426 calories, but I used a taco seasoning and didn't drink enough water. This is the second time I used taco seasoning, and last time it didn't impact weight loss, so it must be the water or a combination. It'll come off if I can keep up the water. Lunch was a chicken salad, with lettuce and tomato. Also an apple and grissini's (220.9 cal). Dinner was chicken slices, and salad with tomatoes and lettuce. Also and apple and grissini's (220.9 cal). (440.8 cal total).
