february 14, 2008 - day 29 (weight 233.0)

No weight loss again, but since I had girl scout cookies, I am not surprised. Again though, they made me feel a little ill. For lunch I had Sirloin Tips, Cucumbers and tomatoes, an orange and grissini's (258.65 cal). For dinner I had Tilapia, and spinach, an apple and grissini's (207.4 cal). (Total 466.05 cal).
