february 21, 2008 - day 36 (weight 227.0)

Down .6 lbs from yesterday. For lunch I had chicken, a cucumber, an apple and grissini's (227.9 cal). For dinner I had Top Round Steak, tomatoes, an apple and grissini's (299.65 cal). (Total 527.55 cal - oops). Update on my sister Karin: she stopped 1 week (for the feminine thing), and has started again. She is still down 10 lbs overall.
