february 24, 2008 - day 39 (weight 223.4)

Down 0.6 lbs from yesterday, not bad considering I cheated, worked hard and neglected water. Lunch was chicken, cucumber, radish, strawberries and grissini's (193.65 cal). I decided to take a break and had lasagne for dinner. I figure that although it adds a day at the end, it may keep me from quiting. Since I am going straight through, I won't get the stuff I am missing until mid-April, and I don't have the willpower to wait that long.
