february 3, 2008 - day 18 (weight 240.5)

Down 2 pounds overnight to 240.5 lbs, I am back on track (18 pounds lost in 18 days). For lunch I had tri-tip and tomatoes, and apple and 2 grissini's. (297.4 cal) For dinner I had chicken and spinach, an apple and 2 grissini's. I also cheated a bit at the superbowl party.
