february 4, 2008 - day 19 (weight 240.5)

No weight loss overnight, but I am pretty happy with that considering the snacking I did last night. Tri-tip and tomatoes for lunch, with an apple and grissini's. 93/7 Ground Sirloin for dinner with salad, tomatoes and cucumber, 10 strawberries and grissini's. I cheated again though (darn cookie dough, err dang lack of self control, or something like that).
