Lost 1/2 lb overnnight to 240.0 lbs.
This is day 21 which means that my hypothalmus has been reset after today.
Lunch was chicken and salad, 10 strawberries and grissini's. (200.15 cal)
Diner was cube steak, cucumber, and tomatoes, 10 strawberries and grissinsi's (269.15 cal)
(469.80 cal total)
Based upon my excel spreadsheet, looking at the treadline, I would be 235 lbs today if I hadn't cheated all those days. I had a pretty steady line going and it has shifted. I may make this up if I can stop cheating, but it is interesting food for thought and motivati0n.
