february 8, 2008 - day 23 (weight 237.0)
Down another pound and a half, to 237.0 lbs.
Lunch was chicken and a cucumber/tomato/celery salad, and an orange and 2 grissini's (239.4 cal).
Dinner was 93/7 lean ground beef patty and tomatoes, an orange and grissini's .
(Total calories, 498.55)
I am going to try to eat as close to 500 calories without going over as I can, in an attempt to head off the next days hunger.

I don't know. I will ask Lynn.
BTW, Lynn has been preparing bulk quantities of meat and then vacuum sealing them, marking them and then freezing them. They are easy to heat in the microwave, and since there is a nice selection, I can eat one with less calories (like chicken) if my calorie count is already pushing my max allowed.

cucumber/tomato/celery salad
Two tomatoes about plum size,
Half of a cumber or (1/3 of an English cucumber)
One stalk of celery
A good shake of oregano. (tsp. perhaps)
Sprinkle of salt
½ tsp white vinegar
(dill would be good too)
