march 7, 2008 - day 51 (weight 217.6-down 40.9)

No loss since yesterday. I can't image it was due to my worse cheating day to date. Not too bad if you can REALLY cheat and hold steady on the weight. For lunch I had Chicken Salad, with lettuce, cucumber, Lynn's delicious tomato/radish dressing, a grapefruit and grissini's. For dinner I cheated again.
