april 21, 2008 - day 96 (weight 203.6 - down 54.9)

No loss from yesterday. For lunch I had chicken, salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce and Lynn's special salad dressing, strawberries and grissini's. Dinner was talapia, salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, Lynn's salad dressing, a grapefruit and grissini's. I also had some cookie dough.
