may 10, 2010 - 223.4 lbs

Down 0.6 lbs and I did eat non-allowed foods at reception for my daughters baccalaureate and at her b-day party after.

Can you please explain your spreadsheet to me. I guess I'm a little "excel" challenged. lol.

Thanks and keep up the good work.

I will try:

1) Use column O to populate your B column by left clicking whatever is the date of day 1 of your diet and while holding down on left button on mouse, drag down to bottom date. You should have a box around it. Right click in the box anywhere and a menu will pop up. Select copy. Right click on cell B2 and click paste.
2) Now in column O again select cell O2 and again hold left button on mouse and drag down to bottom of the remaining dates not selected at first. Past at bottom of dates previously pasted in step 1. You should have a whole year of dates in column B corresponding to you year of weight loss (starting with whatever was day 1).
3) Now input your own weight data in column C. I have my starting weight of 256 pounds. You will replace it with your starting weight on day 1.
4) Turn on your External Data toolbar.
(View->Toolbars->External Data)
5) Enter your max weight in cell R2.
6) Don't forget to save.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
